PROJECT INFO: Complete refurbishment of a 4,500 sq ft triplex with swimming pool and new conservatory

The design brief for this project was the amalgamation of two grade II listed properties to create a stylish, spacious lateral triplex, with a stunning, stylish communal 15m swimming pool and an elegant lIght filled conservatory. The project occupied 5800 square feet

The Client possessed 2 Grade II listed properties located next to each other; they desired that the two properties be joined and converted into a triplex.

We handled the project from concept design, construction and completion. We were granted planning permission and listed building consent following a detailed report on structural engineering, sustainable drainage and construction procedures.

The project included extensive re-planning of the internal layouts
Our specialist contractors extensive structural works for the complete renovation of the two grade II properties. Our expert groundworks team, plumber and structural steel specialists collaborated to construct a stylish swimming pool.

The finished conservatory allows light into the building creating a bright airy atmosphere; it provides expansive external views of the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The completed triplex is spacious and has light filled with generous living space
